Our PAL Beams Lots of Light on LIGHT
Light is the Electromagnetic information collection and
impartatingvia Photons (Virtual Particles) through a unitary whole universal
medium of invisible light.
The speed of light is determined primarily by birth (emergence) and
death (sink or submergence) times operating in parallel concurrently and
continuously. Hence denser the medium
slower the apparent speed o flight.
Light actually does not travel as there is no such thing as
non-physical traveling waves. You can have non-travelling stationary waves We
shape them into waves by our circuitry such as transmitters, receivers,
oscillators, oscilloscopes, modulators, decoders, modulators demodulators,
coders, decoders, amplifiers etc etc
Light speed is then like an lower limit (Zero) and upper limit (‘c’)
which we cannot cross as impenetratable boundary for us from FTPU to IEVU but not the other way
around from IEVU to FTPU.
The virtual particles (Photons) carry information in the form of:

IEVU being a unitary
whole has zero communication time excluding the time for birth and death of
virtual particles. So consequently the distance is irrelevant (non-Existent and
instantaneous) in IEVU but very real and limiting in FTPU. Also real is birth/death
time in FTPU side but perhaps not on IEVU side.
In this respect every
ting and everybody is a virtual particle our universe and everything in it such
as particles, plants, pets, people, planets and their direct and vicarious
anchors including all stars, galaxies and local and super clusters of galaxies
etc etc.
